Hi there, Our kitchen range hood leaks slightly during rain. The ducting connects to a roof whirlybird (rotary turbine vent). Water is either driving into the unit or tracking down a degraded silicone seal around the flashing. I need an experienced handyman or roof plumber to safely access the roof, diagnose the leak, and properly reseal the flashing with heavy-duty roofing silicone (or quote to replace the unit if the bearings have failed). I have a Blanco dishwasher. The dishwasher is not draining the water. When we run it, after 2 minutes it beeps and stops running. I hv tried simple ways of drain opener and soda vinegar application that works for a few days and aging the issue comes. The pipes looks clean and the water at the bottom looks clear.
