Yesterday there was water left inside the washing machine, so I opened the bottom part to try to clean/drain the pump filter. I’m not sure if I closed or reinstalled it properly. Today I tried to use the washing machine again and there was water everywhere and the whole laundry flooded. Could you please organise someone to come and have a look at it and help me fix it? Need to swap the opening direction on an essato fridge/freezer for an elderly lady on a walker, who just moved into a new unit. The door currently opens on the left but needs to be changed for better access from the kitchen. Looks pretty straight forward but I am too exhausted and still have to bond clean her old unit ... so its easier to get someone who has done it before.

Bosch Serie 4 7kg front loader leaking from rear underside during operation, and now also not draining or spinning. Suspect drain pump or blocked pump system. Water pools behind and under the machine when running, photos attached. Machine is in a garage laundry with easy access, can be pulled out. Looking for diagnosis and repair, ideally someone who carries common Bosch parts so it's one visit.

The pipe that discards water from the machine is split causing leaking. This is the pipe built to the machine not an add on or extension.
