Our dishwasher has stopped working needs fixing - Due date: Flexible

Tenants reported the Fisher & Paykel 4kg Vented Dryer (DE4060M1) is malfunctioning. Can still be started and might operate fine only 4 out of 10 times during the test with no clothes inside. But when they are weight/clothes inside, it probably wouldn't work. Dryer is about 3-4 years old. (The task date is flexible, and I will have to check with the property manager.) Please advise the cost of fixing it or whether it's better of to get a new one instead.

When using the dishwasher it will progress through the first 2 minutes of the cycle as normal. After 2 minutes it will make a low humming noise and won’t progress through the rest of the cycle. I have tried turning the power off and on, cleaning the filter, and using different cycles. Looking for someone to diagnose/fix the issue.

My lawn mower has a petrol leak at the pumping button and for some reason won't start ( oil is full and petrol is full), would need someone to come over and either collect and return or repair at my house. Can be done till Monday 19/9/22 if possible
