AEG oven requiring diagnostic assessment and potential repair. One of the two fasteners holding up the heating element has broken, causing the heating element to fall down. The heating element was put back in place with only one fastener rather than two holding up the heating element. After 10 minutes of the oven heating, the safety switch for the oven gets tripped. Digital clock currently still working on the oven, once safety switch for oven turned back on.

My fridge is not cooling properly and doesn't seem to be working as expected. Could someone please help me with getting it checked or repaired?

The pipe under the sink that the washing machine drains into was replaced because one side was leaking. Now the other side is popping off when the machine is used. It’s in a position where I cannot see but it feels that the pipe is not fitting snug so pops of. I think a lock is needed or a new pipe. It’s in a spot where you cannot see.

We have a washing machine in our garage that needs to be brought up two flights of stairs with a trolley. We also need help to put the washing machine in place and to connect it, as well as lifting the dryer onto a stand on top of the washing machine. The dryer is already in the apartment - just needs two people to lift it into place.
