We’ve cancelled the gas account and are renovating the kitchen. I need the existing gas cooktop/stove disconnected and the gas line permanently capped/plugged so the kitchen can be safely demolished. We’re not relocating the gas connection at this stage. Please leave the meter and supply in place if possible.

Looking for a Licensed Gasfitter or a dual-certified Gas/Electrical Appliance Technician to fix two distinct issues on my gas stove top. Issue 1 (Ignition): The gas flows fine into 3 out of 4 burners, but the automatic spark/electronic ignition system won't light them. Lights with external flame. Issue 2 (Gas Flow): The 4th burner has zero gas flow coming through it at all when the dial is turned. Does not light with external flame Budget is for call-out, diagnosis, and initial labor. Happy to negotiate additional costs on-site if new parts are required.

Looking for someone to come have a look at the two cookers that’s not working. The gas is working but the flame isn’t working to cook on. Plz see pictures.

Dishwasher replacement - simple change over Remove and take away existing dishwasher, install new dishwasher, test operation, and take away the old dishwasher for disposal. Existing connections are already in place. No cabinetry modifications required.

I require my current oven replaced with the new one I just purchased. Old oven is hardwired - please see pics. New oven is a plug & play and only needs to be plugged in to operate. I have a single plug which supports the oven. I would need the current electrical plug to be charged to a double to be able to plug in the oven as well.
