Hi, I need a licensed professional to manage a cooktop upgrade in my kitchen.The job consists of three parts:Gas Disconnection: Safely turn off the gas supply and decommission/remove my existing 90cm gas cooktop.Stone Benchtop Cutting: My existing engineered stone benchtop cutout is currently 830mm wide. I need it widened by a total of 30mm (cutting exactly 15mm / 1.5cm off the left side, and 15mm / 1.5cm off the right side). This must be done using proper wet-cutting safety equipment to comply with crystalline silica dust regulations.New Installation: Drop in and connect the new 90cm cooktop. Connect the gas line safely and plug the standard 10A ignition lead into the power socket under the bench. Requirements:1, Must be a licensed plumber/gas fitter and provide a Gas Certificate of Compliance when done.2, Must have proper stone-cutting tools and dust extraction equipment to work safely with engineered stone.3, Disposal of the old cooktop.

Our bar fridge stopped working during summer. Still turns on and sounds like it’s working but doesn’t cool down. Stays at roughly 30 degrees. We need it fixed before a family event we are having in a few weeks but have no idea what’s wrong with it.

Hi I need to assess where and how we can install dishwasher in the property. This is a rental so i need to assess everything without damaging the property

We’re looking for someone to diagnose and repair our ASKO D5457 dishwasher, approx 10 years old. Observed: Dishwasher fills and drains normally, but the circulation pump seems to be alternating between a) just quietly humming with no movement and b) attempting to pump, but struggling, making sucking noises as if it's pulling air. There's no error code displayed. Already checked: The filters are empty, clean, and fully lock flush to their housings, with the handle of the pipe section pointed straight at the door. The sump and pump intake are clear of obstructions, and the pump turns easily. There's no foam in the tub. The water level seems correct at fill and at mid-wash. The drain path seems clear. Possible trigger: Onset was after a cleaning cycle with vinegar followed by bicarbonate soda. Machine was working normally before that. Haven't yet been able to check: suction-side seals; hose joint and clamps between sump and circulation pump; inside pump housing; impeller condition; motor capacitor; base pan for any leak evidence. Please provide a fixed price after diagnosis, before repair work starts. Please also let us know whether the call-out fee is credited against the repair.

I’m looking to replace my gas cooktop with electric induction one and require a licensed electrician to put a 32amp wiring in a single storey tiled roof house. The old gas stove model needs to be removed and replaced with my newly purchased 7K watt Mistral cooktop. The existing gas connection has been capped and meter switched off.

The old cooktop died out of warranty. The new one needs an electrician to connect it. It's a Bosch cooktop and the house was entirely rewired 2 years ago so it should be straightforward.
