One side of Recliner couch is stuck in up position. Other side is working. We have tried trouble-shooting, apparently it requires a motor repair. The task is to move the chair leg end back into usual down position and quote us for the parts needed for the repair.

Have changed the start capacitor and checked the belt but can’t get the belt to attach properly just need help to do this.

Hi, I have a Hisense front load washing machine (approx. 5 years old) showing F-03 error in the last 10–13 minutes of the wash cycle. What’s happening: • Error appears during the drain/spin stage • Pump filter has been checked and cleaned • Drain pump spins with normal magnetic resistance • Internal hoses checked – no visible blockage • No sludge build-up found • Drain hose not kinked The machine still errors near the end of the cycle. What I need: • Proper diagnosis of the F-03 drain fault • Repair or replacement of faulty component (likely drain pump, pressure sensor, or related issue) Please quote including: • Call-out fee • Labour • Estimated cost if pump replacement is required

Hi I’m looking to book a plumber to install a dishwasher at my property in Epping 3076. Would perfer on Wednesday, anytime. Just to give you some background before attending: Under the sink, there is an existing copper branch line that appears to have been intended for a dishwasher. There is an older valve/assembly fitted, however no water comes through even when the valve is fully opened. The valve has been reinstalled in its original position, but it does not appear to be supplying water. At this stage, I’m not sure whether the existing plumbing can be used or if a different connection point would be more appropriate, so I’m hoping you can inspect on site and advise on the best solution. The dishwasher drain would connect to the existing sink waste. Please let me know your availability and an approximate cost for inspection and installation. I have two little issues needing fixing. One being I need help to adjust the feet of my washing machine - they’re not level and it makes so much noise when washing. The second is a toilet seat. I’ve taken it off and tightened it, but it keeps getting really loose. Not sure if it needs a part or something else.
