I have a rental apartment with a number of issues. The guest is very flexible with his time, so you can come around any time, but the sooner the better. The tasks include: 1. Collect package from JB-HIFI (nearest one to you) and bring it to the guest 2. Find a powerport connection that works with the weird 3 prong connection of this lamp so it connects into the normal wall socket (see picture) 3. The optical port of the soundbar is broken and isn't holding the optical cable in place. Create a solution to fix it in position better (see pic) 4. Replace light globe (and buy it) 5. Fix hinge on small cupboard (see pic) 6. Fix oven clock, it seems to have fallen away from glass panel (see pic) I realise these issues are quite a mixed breed. I'm happy to pay by the hour if that's easier and you can advise how long it takes. I believe for the right person all of these issues are pretty straight forward, but it will likely take a little running around. The apartment is in the Prahran Central building. Guest is a really nice guy, very happy for you to come in and work to resolve the issues. Highly likely there will be more work to come also.
