Need to remove 2 electric ovens and install 2 new electric ovens

Oven is an Artusi CAO900X1 Back fan no longer spinning. I've done some minor testing and the fan can spin freely by hand but when powered on it does a slight spin then just stops. Was going to replace it myself but realised I need to remove the oven which is beyond my skill

Smeg oven door doesn’t close properly (leaves a gap at the top). And the oven time/ timer is also showing a fault and flashing A. This is preventing the oven from going on, unless I trick it with setting a stop time. If you can fix these problems, I think that’s worth $200!

I have a free-standing gas cooktop / oven that was removed when the floors of my villa unit were sanded. I now need to have the unit re-installed and fitted off again. The unit is sitting just out in the courtyard and it requires being lifted in up 1 small step and then back into its original position. The kitchen is next to the back door. The property is about to be listed on the market and photos are being taken on Thurs 20th August, so the job needs to be done ASAP prior to this date.
