Replace heating element in the technika hot oven

I’ve just moved into a new house and the hinges on the doors of both my LG inverter direct drive dishwasher , and my Belair oven are dodgy. The dishwasher door drops straight down to the floor and crashes down when I open it rather than staying in one place. The over door is clunky and feels crooked and wonky as I close it but it does close. Not sure what to do to fix these and am hoping there is someone clever on here who has experience with appliance door hinges ☺️

Existing house - Need a gas point for an oven relocated to the other side of the kitchen (Approx 4m) and connect oven in new location. Pipework needs to run under house. House is on stumps and the floor is timber floorboards. The cavity under the house is 400-500mm and the access hatch to get under the house is at the kitchen (All works are within 3m of the entry hatch) Will require compliance certificate once complete. Hi, looking for an electrician to replace Oven. Old one is Miele 60cm, new one is Bosch 60cm HBA572EB3A. Oven is Hardwired. Though both the models (old and new) are 60cm, I am not sure if any cabinet trimming or modification might be required, please factor that in too. Would require Certificate of Compliance. Location is Doncaster East.
