Have a smeg double oven which is ~10 years old. Has been working well until the last 24 hours. Turned off knobs the other night but oven would not turn off until power to it switched off at electrical switch. Now when turned on does not heat up

My Smeg oven is no longer an emitting heat the grill works fine but the fan force options do not. I believe it needs a replaced element.
