Bosch Series 6 dishwasher constantly shows error codes e15 and e21 Need a licensed tradie to come out and repair

My kogan 12l top loader got damaged during transit by movers. Need to put back supporting spring, so it can hold drum to spin and wash.

The pipe under the sink that the washing machine drains into was replaced because one side was leaking. Now the other side is popping off when the machine is used. It’s in a position where I cannot see but it feels that the pipe is not fitting snug so pops of. I think a lock is needed or a new pipe. It’s in a spot where you cannot see.

See photos of the old and new benchtop. Additional service (not necessary) is to help install a new rangehood above the cook top replacing the old.
