Dishwasher installation at my house

I need a licensed gas plumber to replace a 60cm gas cooktop. I’ve already got the new gas cooktop.

I am dismantling my Kitchen. Need Sink and Gas connection to be removed. And after kitchen fitting done by carpenter, need to reconnect Sink and gas. 1. Sink will be new 2. Gas top will be old ( same). 3. Except Gas Top one Gas Gyser is on gas in the property ( just for knowledge) 4. Might need Dishwasher in future, just beside the sink, I will leave space for that. Do need any water inlet / outlet points for that?

The external gas pipe and the pipe under the stove need to be replaced. Also requires installation and removal of the gas stove.

The current gas cooktop needs to be replaced with new one. A license or certified gas plumber can help me with this job.

Dish washer will stand alone near to the sink as pic below. Please note that need extra hose need to supply if the current one is not enough.

My treadmill is 9 years old. It is a high powered Nordictrack. It's in great condition and has been serviced annually by Gymfix. They have just advised that they no longer service individual treadmills and are only doing commercial. The treadmill has started making a sound when I'm on it when on incline. Otherwise, no issues.

bought a rangehood devanti 900mm glass before from online, its too loud, and electrician who installed it says its defective unit, so under impression of getting a branded rangehood this time, but want it installed properly and ensure it is not excessively loud, current one is like 105 db, new one looking at is around 74 db. May need to put patch drywall/gyprock and put backing/noggins to support the weight of rangehood.

I have a small kitchen with no space to install dishwasher. currently sits in the space meant for the fridge.
