Main issue: After moving house, the door seal (rubber gasket/bellow) has come loose at the bottom and the inner foam/insulation is visible. It likely needs the gasket reseated and the retaining spring/clip checked and refitted (or replaced if missing/damaged) to prevent leaks. The exhaust fan broken , lighting still working. This model is for narrow ceiling ducted system , need someone have experience to get where the motor installed since you don’t have easy access.
