Over the last 8-10 months, the clothes have been returning an unpleasant odour after a wash. Nothing too terrible but not great. This was never the case over the last 10 years, it was always a nice smell from the fabric softener. It’s assumed the Rangehood can utilise half the existing hole from the fan. I am able to patch up the remaining roof gap, however if you’re skilled in this happy for you to include in quote (please specify amount for roof work). The Rangehood needs to be extracted out through a tile roof. The Rangehood does require a flue duct, I can purchase this prior if required. Our en-suite exhaust fan has stopped working. Not sure what the issue is. Might need a new one or maybe it can be repaired. The current fan size measures 30cm in diameter, so a 25cm model is needed to replace I believe If a new one is needed, then Bunnings seems to have some cheap Arlec ones for $20, which I can pay for separately. I suggest to come and inspect first, then if needed we can buy the replacement unit for installation, as Bunnings is only 10 minute drive from the house
