In need of a gas plumber. I have one thermocouples on the gas stove that have stopped working and need replacing (at least I think this is what’s wrong with it (flame goes out as soon as I release the button))

I’m looking for someone to replace our oven element. Our oven recently stopped heating (the grill and fan are still working). We had someone inspect it, and they advised that the element is the issue. I’ve ordered a replacement element, which I believe is the correct one based on my research. I’m looking for someone with the right equipment and skills to come to Port Adelaide and replace the element for us - hopefully in the next few days. Please make an offer.

Haier front load washing machine has a damaged rubber seal, needing someone to replace.

Our dishwasher is leaking a small amount of water onto the kitchen floor and not draining properly — the bottom of the machine is filled with water after a wash. It might be a blocked drain hose or a faulty drain pump, but we’re not sure. Looking for an experienced appliance technician to inspect and repair it if possible. Please include your call-out or inspection fee in your quote, and let us know if any parts are needed after inspection. We’ve stopped using the dishwasher for now to avoid further leakage. I’m offering $50 for an initial inspection and diagnosis (including call-out). If it can be fixed on the spot (for example by clearing a blockage), I’m happy to pay around $100 in total including the inspection. If parts need to be replaced (like a drain pump or hose), I can purchase the parts myself straight away, and will pay around $150 total for the repair labour (inspection included). If the issue is confirmed to be a faulty drain pump or hose, please let me know the part model or where to buy it, so I can get it straight away for you to install.

My manual recliners are not working properly. One stopped allowing the footrest to emerge, and the other (pictured) only closes with significant force.

Disconnect dishwasher and move

I need some help. I'm happy to pay a fair price. I need joinery work. Taking out a door from the kitchen cabinet and creating some sort of frame for the dishwasher.
