What do appliance services include?

To install or repair your items, an appliance technician will visit your home or property. The exact inclusions with your appliance service will depend on the item you need to be installed or repaired. Here are some of the most popular appliance care services and what you can expect when booking your technician:

Fridges and freezers

I’m looking for a licensed refrigeration technician (ARCtick accredited) to inspect and repair a Samsung fridge with an intermittent cooling fault. Fridge details: • Brand: Samsung • Model: SRF582DBLS / RF67QESG1/XSA • Twin Cooling system • Freezer maintains -19°C • Fridge temperature fluctuates between ~6°C and 16°C The fridge compartment cools temporarily after a full defrost but then warms again, while the freezer remains stable. There was previously water pooling near the rear drain channel, which has now stopped after defrosting, but the temperature instability continues.

Fisher & paykel front loader beeping ‘clean filter’ code mid cycle. Filter has been cleaned. Small fan is spinning in filter, there is no obstructions. Made sure no obstructions to hoses and it’s still doing it. Update: I have troubleshooted and come to the conclusion it’s the drain pump. The machine is still humming, the hoses are not blocked so I need a new drain pump.

Edwin work efficiently to resolve the issue and he had the spare part on him, will definitely use him in the future!
