1. Fix dripping bathroom tap. The tap drips unless the handles are closed very tightly. 2. The drain hole for the dishwasher drain pipe is not sealed. Cover up so no smell comes through, please refer to photos.

Washing machine is getting stuck at 10’ and won’t spin out. Error code 5C. Was working although making a bit of funny noise. I pushed it back into the alcove as it had moved out and bumped the power button. Manually drained and emptied. Now won’t spin out. Ideally before 12:30 tomorrow. Thanks.
