Gas hot water heater not working. Pilot light flares up then dulls right down and won’t heat water.

The gas wall heater has been decommissioned due to a cracked exchange. I would like the wall unit removed. The wall does not need to be patched, just removal and disposal of the heater. Thanks

Need to disconnect gas line and remove old heater and also put up tv on wall

Stove tops work fine but the oven flame doesn’t stay one after you release the ignition.

Burner won't stay lit after releasing the ignition button. The stove top is the Fisher & Paykel 60cm Series 9 4 Burner Gas Cooktop and the issue is the largest burner. Looking for someone to come and fix please :)

Cap gas fitting in two places indicated in the photo by red circle. The rest is no longer needed and is a trip hazard. Just the capping is needed. It is low flow gas. caps/plugs supplied by me I will then remove the parts below etc / the decommissioned no longer connected lower pipes

Gas safety checks have been done and all checks passed. Appliances: gas hot water and cooktop. Central heating also exists but not operational. It appears that the plumber who conducted the tests is not licensed by VBA. The VBA's website says: "[the person is] not currently licensed or registered with the Victorian Building Authority". The main metre was also looked at (and repaired) by Multinet for a tiny leak less thatn a month ago. So the checks should be completed by a competent plumber in a under 15 minutes :) Obviously I am looking for a plumber who is licensed to do gas safety checks and issue the certificate.
