I need a licensed electrician to install 1 new induction cooktop and 1 new underbench electric oven at my home in Athelstone SA 5076. This is a hard-wired installation. I would like the electrician to first inspect my existing wiring and setup, as I am not sure whether the current cable, breaker, circuit or isolator meet current requirements. As shown in the photo, the existing wiring appears to come out from an internal brick wall partition as one brown cable, then goes into a junction box, where it is split into two white cables. One white cable is connected to the old cooktop and the other is connected to the old oven. Please let me know whether this existing setup can still be used, or whether any upgrade, new circuit, isolator or other electrical work is required before installation. Please provide a quote for labour and any extra materials separately. Licensed electrician only. Invoice and certificate of compliance required.

Need new 60cm cooktop to be installed. Gas pipe redirected behind plaster

Hi everyone, I am looking for a licensed plumber or gas fitter to permanently disconnect and cap the gas line to my broken cooktop so I can safely have an electric induction unit installed later. My current setup is a standard 60cm gas cooktop sitting directly above a Westinghouse electric wall oven. The gas is currently turned off at the main valve and the benchtop is laminate. I need you to safely disconnect the broken gas cooktop and permanently cap the gas pipe behind the oven. You will also need to test the line to ensure there are absolutely no leaks and issue a VBA Gas Compliance Certificate, which is mandatory for me to proceed with the electrical stage. Please leave the decommissioned cooktop sitting in the benchtop cutout once disconnected. My electrician will remove and dispose of it later to ensure dust and debris do not fall into the exposed oven casing in the meantime. You do not need to do any physical removal or electrical work. I am looking to Remove Gas cook top so I can install new stone bench top. And Install New gas cook top same day (once the stone work is done or come back later. Also remove and install 60cm slide out Rangehood. This can be done while removing the gas cook top. Plz note you can remove and install new Rangehood and also remove gas cooktop at same time but you will have to come back in the evening to install new gas cooktop once stone is installed. This has to be done strictly around 7/8am in the morning on Wednesday. Or late evening on Tuesday.
