Miele gas cooktop burner has stopped working over time. The Issue: When the knob is pressed down, there is absolutely NO clicking sound/spark, but I can smell gas. The gas cuts off normally when I let go of the knob. Knobs, the spindle shaft, and the burner/igniter pin looks clean and dry. Need a technician to open the cooktop housing and diagnose if it's a worn-out microswitch harness or a faulty spark module. Note: This budget is for the call-out and diagnosis/labour. If a specific Miele replacement part is required, I will purchase the part separately. Must have experience with gas/electrical appliance repair.

Take out a 60cm ceramic cooktop and replace with a 60cm induction cooktop. There should be no rewiring as the existing cooktop is on a separate 20amp circuit and the new cooktop is 15amp.
