Moved into the house early 2020. Have an old “PYROX” gas heater which is still yet to be serviced and unsure when last service was prior to that. Has been working fine over the last 2 years but started playing up 2 days ago - one of the panels starts flickering periodically with the flame momentarily dimming then coming back on again, sounds somewhat dodgy when it happens and so have stopped using it for now. I have a double garage (sectiona l) door that catches when opening. Starts to open, then seems to catch on something and stop. Press the open button again and it opens properly second or third time around. Closes without issue.

My old stove top doesn't get heat for one of them. Other three are working well. Simpson stove top Fabulous400 model and dont know what year actually. I have a NX-12 Alarm system. I used to have a Telephone line and now the NX-12 has fault for Telephone line and beeps randomly now warning me which is annoying. The default Installer Code doesn't work to get into it for programming so need a reprogram and left as default.. Its a Simple setup, 2 zones, each with 1 wireless PIR (2 total),squeeler and alarm light, 2 Wireless FOB. Or if you know 5stars installer code make an offer to provide that.
