I’m looking for someone experienced with espresso machine repair and electrical diagnosis to inspect and ideally fully repair my Argos Odyssey espresso machine. Current issues: - Two of the LED indicator lights appear to have malfunctioned. I already have replacement LEDs supplied by Argos under warranty, but they haven’t been fitted yet. - The SSR (solid-state relay) appears likely to be faulty or intermittent. The machine sometimes fails to reach boiling / steaming temperature. - I’d like the machine properly diagnosed rather than simply having parts swapped, and repaired if possible. The machine is an Argos Odyssey: https://www.odysseyespresso.com/products/argos-espresso-machine Ideally you’ll be comfortable working with espresso-machine electrical systems, heating circuits, SSRs, temperature controls and basic electronics. Budget is $150 for labour for a full repair, plus the cost of any additional parts required. I already have the replacement LEDs. Happy for you to diagnose first and let me know if any other parts are needed before proceeding.

Hi, I need an experienced handy person or technician to look at my portable inverter generator (Power Credit SD2200I). The issue is that whenever I start the generator—even with NOTHING connected to it (completely zero load)—the "Overload" warning light immediately turns on and the unit shuts down right away. Since there are no appliances plugged in, it seems to be an internal issue such as an inverter module fault, sensor error, or internal short circuit.
