Have purchased a second hand Miele WWD120 washing machine. 2022 model. It has a fault code coming up as f138. It seems there is a leak somewhere within the machine. I need help finding it and repairing it. I’ve emptied the front drain and tilted it to empty the water. It works for short cycles before needing to be emptied of water again

We have just moved into a new house and need to hook our washing machine up to the water. We have tried but it leaks- we have bought a new pipe so hopefully that helps.

Apparently a mice came into my kitchen during the rainstorm two nights ago and chewed through the electric cord of my laundry machine. (Also the water feed tube which flooded the room, but that's another story) This job is to replace the power cord or possibly extend the current one. I bought a replacement cord but there seem to be some stripping required to connect it. Alternatively you can perhaps stripe/extend the existing cord. I'm not certain and open to suggestions. Please see photos.

Unbox and install the new washing machine. Remove the old washing machine and take it to the building basement. We have elevators so no stairs. It’s a 15 minute job to someone who knows.
