My washing machine has sucked the drain hose up behind the bottom front panel, and I need someone experienced with appliances to help get access behind it and free the hose. The lower front kickboard is not a removable panel (it’s one solid molded piece), so the job will likely require accessing from the back, underneath, or partially removing the front panel. Gas guy came over and quoted something ridiculous to fix out gas fire heater. Said it was a " ring" that needed fixing and sent this in a quote "Service of heater including negative pressure and carbon monoxide testing Service of log fire heater including negative pressure test and carbon monoxide testing of all appliances in the home."

New washing machine got delivered and the drain hose didn’t fit with the pipe. They are the same size but the drain pipe in the sink has a weird lip. Happy to discuss what will need done and paying for parts etc.
