Hello! We are a small social enterprise with a small office in the city. We've come back from the break to our dishwasher and microwave not working and looking for someone to come and repair the following: - The Microwave (Brand: Westinghouse) The Microwave has no power. Nothing is on the screen. It is basically sealed into the wall, so I'm not even sure how one would get this out. There are no cables visible in the cupboards above or beneath. - The Dishwasher (Brand: EMILIA) The dishwasher does turn on, but only lasts for 30 seconds before beeping and turning off. I have checked it's not blocked inside, I have tried to reset at the wall. But still keeps doing this. Looking for someone who may be able to assist with one or both of these issues. Please submit your quote and ask any additional info if you think you can fix. If you need access to the fuse box, I will need to know that to as it can only be opened by building management.

electrician needed to: 1. Repair a mini fridge that is no longer fridging (but it powers on okay, and appears to be attempting to cool at regular intervals) 2. service AC drainage (have some dripping, but pump appears to be functioning. Access is easy due to service hatch) 3. clean out ventilation duct and maybe replace an exhaust fan if cleaning doesn't return it to functioning.

Is an older model 60cm wide SMEG wall oven with little use. One function does not heat but all others do. Fan gets noisey when on for several hours. 6 hours on Xmas Day. Light works.

We’ve rented a new apartment with a built in fridge. Whoever installed it used the wrong door hinges and it’s impossible to open the top fridge without also opening the lower freezer. Also the screws on the underside of the top door catch the bottom door, but hinges are the big problem. Budget unknown but open to sensible offers.

I’m looking for assistance with installing a washing machine in my kitchen and would appreciate your help. All the necessary plumbing connections are already in place, including:       •     Cold-water isolation valve       •     Washing machine connector tap       •     Waste spigot       •     Adequate space for the appliance The only issue is that the existing access holes under the sink are too small for the inlet and waste hoses. The cabinet under the sink is metal, so the openings will need to be enlarged using metal-appropriate cutting tools before the hoses can be passed through. Once the openings are widened, the washing machine just needs to be connected, levelled, and tested. I’ve attached photos of the under-sink area to help you assess the work.

Need a gas inspection done by a licensed gas fitter for a gas cooktop system. It was installed by the builders when the house was built but they missed to supply us the compliance certificate. So going the easy route to have someone inspect it and provide e certificate.
