Washing machine door seal i have the part and half the machine pulled apart

ILVE freestanding oven and gas cooktop, installed in 2015. The cooktop needs repair because the burners are not starting easily. Sometimes the ignition spark does not work, and I have to press and turn the knobs several times before the burner lights. The problem may be with the ignition switches, spark igniters or burner caps. Please inspect and repair the ignition system, clean or replace any faulty parts if needed. The oven is working; only the cooktop ignition is the issue. Please contact me before attending if any further details are needed.
