Have just installed a Fisher & Paykel front loader washing machine (second hand) and when I turn on the cold tap, water is leaking into the washing machine from the inlet and not stopping. It’s not happening with the hot water hose, just cold. Photos of machine and model no. attached

The Garage motor seems either old or just having issues. It stops at odd times or doesnt go down when its needed to. Currently I manually do it. Yesterday I couldn't even disconnect the motor section so it can allow manual draw down of the garage door. The garage door also makes noise when going up or down, would be great if that smoothen.
