My Hisense freezer stopped freezing items. It shows -24 temperature but it's barely cold.

A fan located inside left top of freezer’s cabinet,doesn’t turn,temperature inside cabinet goes up to 5 degree .

We have just had a new westinghouse fridge delivered and cannot get the water/ice maker to work. Need a plumber to come troubleshoot and get working for us!
