I need help with my old double-door rolling garage door, which is meant to operate automatically via remote control. There are two main issues: 1) Motor Issue: The motor spins when activated, but the door doesn’t lift. Electric gate is no longer opening with remote. Believe it may be a fault with the receiver as the remote is still opening the garage door without any issues. Electric gate still opens via manual override, hence thought it might be an issue with the receiver.

Samsung 6 month old washer WW90T504DAW, has a split door seal gasket. The part number is DC64-03197C, which we have already purchased. Could almost do the job myself but just couldn't quite get access to the rear retainer spring to loosen the existing gasket, so best to leave it to the experts.
