Our garage door opener was originally installed by welding an angle bracket to a structural H beam. This area has rusted meaning the old weld is now flexing and not secure. A new bracket needs to be made, and the opener re-welded onto the H-beam. The alignment of the garage door opener needs to stay the same. Require the current hinges on timber doors that are drilled into concrete to be removed and replaced with hinges that are adjustable (for door height). To be done for doors; therefore 8 hinges in total.
