Bin door went past the hinge and is stuck. Need to unscrew the hinge the install back on after the door is out. Add some part to prevent door going past hinge.

I'm looking for someone to do a tricky job for me. The bathroom in this old 1950s Wallsend house has an external sliding door (not cavity) kind of like a poor man's barn door. Remove the sliding door and it's tracks (not a cavity slider so should be easy). I want to remove all the architraves/trims and put in a standard door. The jam is around 770 x 2000 (door might need slight planing). The door will have to open outwards - perhaps a concealed hinge?

We have some windows where old security bars have been removed, but metal bolts/brackets are still embedded in the exterior wall (see photos). There are approximately 4-6 fixings per window (around 30 total). The bathroom door handles have become loose from the wood frame itself so they need to be fixed. The bedroom door handles had to be pulled out when it got locked from inside so that needs to be re done.

Trim the bottom of the front door to my apartment by about 8mm so I can lay new flooring. Requires the door to be removed from hinges, trimmed from the bottom, and rehung. This is a timber only fire rated door( has no metal skin)

Bathroom door is stuck, need to be fixed. The bottom part of it is bulged.

Garage door to be taken down. Easy access. quick job just cannot do it on my own.

Bathroom door has came off the tracks still moves back and forth but the slide is stuff. Door has got moisture in at the bottom will need about 10mm taken off

Then area under the garage doors need to be levelled with self leveling concrete (only a small layer) to make it look clean. There might be some minor grinding required in case clearance from bottom is required. Also gaps around garage doors will need to be sealed properly using rubber strip and between door and floor.

Wheel on shower roller door is broken off, needs replacing (don’t have the wheel)

I’ve purchased a new door for room however it needs to be cut 20mm to fit into the frame. Need this door installed and door knob hole cut and installed.
