Hi… my garage roller door opens only half way and gets stuck. While closing door again, it touches the ground and comes back half-way up again. The circular ring piece attached to the left side of garage door ( pic above) came off… Due to this reason, the door not getting rolled up in smaller circular motion and getting stuck in between.
