One of the lift cables has detached completely from the drum/bracket area. The cable does not appear snapped, but the door is currently not being operated for safety reasons and will likely need the cable reattached, door re-tensioned/aligned and checked over. Need to change the doorknobs for 1 bathroom door and 1 bedroom door. The existing doorknobs are difficult to remove and appear to have been glued to the wooden doors by the previous owner. The job will require careful removal of the old doorknobs to avoid damaging or peeling the paint on the doors, followed by installation of the new doorknobs. Updated to remove reference to taps as this requires a separate job by a plumber. 1) Front door doesn't shut properly and needs to be slammed to shut. The hinges need to be replaced (brushed brass) and the door planed and rehung. 2) Hang two paintings (2 x screws in rendered wall for each)
