Update : Minor cosmetic repair only! No full replacement needed. ​Window reveal: Timber is NOT rotten through. Just scrape loose paint, fill surface with timber filler, sand smooth, and repaint. (Apply silicone outside if needed). ​Wall corner: Scrape peeling paint, apply plaster joint filler, sand smooth, and repaint. ​Small patch and paint job, shouldn't take more than 2-3 hours.

This is for my pensioner mother who recently lost her husband (my father) and is also battling cancer. I need this done on the cheaper side of possible. Third Garage Door opener in 10 years.
