My home has a Centor folding glass door, with a large retractable insect screen. The insect screen reel has a trim piece that normally covers it that has become detached, exposing the screen reel. The trim piece appears to be made out of extruded aluminum, with a built in brush along one edge. I would like a price on having somebody come to the house to reinstall the screen reel cover. The trim piece is not damaged, so I do not anticipate that additional parts will be needed. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 20 September 2023

We have a heavy external 2040 X 820 X 35 solid timber and glass door (pictured) that needs to be installed indoors in our bathroom doorframe (pictured). Below are the tasks needing to be done by a handyman (or carpenter): 1. Insert lockbox to gate (see pic for details). Note, the gate is only about 1-2cm thickness in the slat, but the lock needs 3.5cm minimum thickness, so it may need a small piece of timber so it fits. Also there is the metal frame around the door (let me know if you think this lock type wont work with the door, and i'll need to get something different - unless you have an alternate to suggest - will add on $) 2. Fix loose hinge on door (either with new hinge if needed or just screwed in with better screws. Can add on $ if you use a new hinge). The door is currently loose and pushing on the fence, causing the issue for the next point. 3. 1 slat from the fence next to this gate is now loose due to the pressure from the gate (as the loose door has been pushing on it). Nail back in, and nail in the top of the side of the fence (see pic) 4. Add small piece of timber across the top of back fence (see pic behind the trampoline), to reinforce the 1 or 2 slats that are a little loose, approx 2.5 m. The adjacent fence has a top piece of timber, but the back doesnt - Due date: Flexible

Need someone to supply and install glass sliding mirrors all White trim the need to be 1.7 meters height and are 3.5 meters long. I have draws already in the space and some IKEA rails ready to be screwed to the wall. So no wood work needed inside the cupboard.
