I have 2 wooden windows. One window needs a bottom balance and the other needs a top balance. Two spiral balances needs to be replaced.... I also have another window that is stuck and cannot get opened to see if it needs a spiral balance. Quote is for 2 spiral balances. If the other window needs fixing I can pay cash. The last time another window was changed was a few months back. It literally took the handyman 1 minute to take out the balance and 1 minute to put it back in. I do not have an image of the balance, but it was a general one.

The grout in our back garden needs to be refilled. It’s very patchy and some bits have weeds coming through, which is our major concern to fix. We will eventually rip everything up so open to using polymeric sand wherever needed, rather than removing everything that’s currently there and replacing.
