Lose kitchen sink tap. Needs tightening underneath. Requires pulling out dishwasher to get access behind. Dishwasher is held in by two hex screws. See attached image of screws. Will need tool to remove the hex screws. Dishwasher comes out easily once the screws are removed. Must be done early morning. Prefer 8am start. Looks like a pipe comes from the outside wall, water comes from the pipe. Not sure where the water from, the pipe near the central heating and hot water gas. Pictures are available. - Due date: Flexible

Recently purchased a house with two rain water tanks. The smaller tank is connected to a rainbank system for toilets, washing machine and outdoor tap next to the tank. The second larger tank is empty, and has had plumbing changed to divert water from gutters to overflow. It appears this tank was once also connected to the rainbank system. We are unsure why plumbing was diverted to prevent this tank from filling up. There is a small tap by the large tank which does not currently work, likely due to the tank being empty. We want this checked to ensure sufficient pressure to water the garden. Additionally we would like a tank water tap at the front of the house, on the other side of the rain water tank, and also on the other side of the house to the tanks. This outdoor tap could be placed outside the laundry which is already connected to the tank water. Looking for someone to; - Check large tank for damage or leaks, - Clean large tank if necessary, - Check tap beside large tank works and has pressure. - Install new outdoor tank water tap at front of house (beside large tank ~5metres) - Install tank water tap on exterior wall of other side of house, outside laundry. - Replace water guage level on large water tank.

Smeg dishwasher leaking and needs to be fixed. Google says its likely a ln o-ring issue but 🤷. It is also in a tight space so will be hard to get out. - Due date: Flexible
