There is a blockage in the underfloor sewer pipe between 2 bathrooms ( one bathroom works fine, water flows to external access point), the other water enters the shower when toilet is flushed) Plunging the toilet with the shower and basin sealed off has not moved the blockage, and pressurises water into the shower/basin outlets. The blockage is approx 18 - 20 meters from the access point.

I should have spa & vanity removed by then.

Change over fittings in Ensuite. Change over toilet. Change twin tap set to a single mixer. Change over twin tap & shower head to a single mixer set. Change over Spa bath to a free standing plus twin taps to a single.
