The seal of my Hisense washing machine broke. Hisense sent me an original seal. You have to replace the seal of the washing machine. It is fairly new, bought last year. Located in Liverpol NSW.

My filter sensor is on and machine not working because some water is trapped at the base of the machine. I need help removing dryer and tilting machine to try and remedy. That’s what the troubleshooting guide says, but an expert will know better. Miele “water proof” system error message is stopping operation. Not strong enough to do solo. A 2 person job as to not damage the dryer.
