Hello My washer and dryer is currently stacked, the washer has wiggled and jumped around so much its come out of the euro laundry cupboard its in and the dryer sitting on top has come half off the washer. Washing Machine is leaking under front door. We suspect the issue is related to the front load seal, which may need to be placed. There appears to be a cut in the seal and after a wash the seal becomes loose and creates tumbling noises and cause obvious leaks because the seal becomes loose during the tumble. Washing machine keeps leaking. I've changed the washers to the taps but we're still having leaks here.

We’ve just had a new Bosch Washing machine and dryer delivered. The washing machine seems to be setup fine but the delivery guy couldn’t connect the drainage on the dryer as he said it wouldn’t fit in the hole. Previously we had both washer and dryer plumbed in, so wanting someone to come over and check dryer, potentially make the hole in the top of the drain a bit bigger so the dryer pipe can fit in, and just generally check both are connected properly and pushed back as far as possible.
