I live in a house right behind the 10 freeway and it’s pretty loud and I’m wanting to be soundproofed. There’s sliding glass doors which is where I think most of the sound is coming from. I don’t need to use the doors so just to fully insulate it

I want to soundproof my room. The first priority is to block out the sound coming from outside my house. Most likely coming from the windows. Second priority is blocking the sound that comes from inside my house into my room through my door and possibly the wall as well.
