My Sonos sound bar has an issue with the audio input connection, as well as one of the speakers inside, appears to be blown out We had this specifically designed for our home so we don’t want to do an upgrade for an arc Sonos sound bar we would like to fix our original sound bar It was bought back in December 2013 so the warranty is out of date And I’m hoping you guys will be able to fix it

The soundbar sounds like one of the speakers inside blew out. There was one time, I didn't know how loud the speaker was, and one of the streaming services has a loud intro when it's selected. So I think when that intro happened quickly, it blew out one of the speakers inside the soundbar. There's a weird off putting muffling sound that occurs during dialogue or other effects go off during shows or movies. - Due date: Flexible

Samsung Sound bar Model: HW-Q70R/ZA. It recently has been stuck on TV ARC source and I'm unable to switch the source to anything else via the remote or the buttons on the sound bar. I'm able to power it on and off and it will often say on the display "UPDATE" and then go back to TV ARC. I have attempted working with Samsung tech support which was unsuccessful through their troubleshooting methods. Hard and soft resets did not work. As well as attempting to update the firmware via USB. Ita stuck on the TV ARC source (not producing sound). Which makes me believe it is a circuit board issue.
