Looking for someone who is an electrician. Need to get a few things done 1. Change ballast for 2 of the tube light fixtures or install ballast bypass tube lights. 2. Change Nest thermostat. We have old one already installed but we need to remove it and connect the new one. Old one is still working but google has stopped providing support for it so it does not work with wifi. 3. Outside front porch lights are flickering and sometimes they turn of by itself and then turn on by itself so there might be an issue with the switch panel.

My tenants wall AC seems to not be working. But we are not sure if it's the unit or the electrical plug. So I need someone who is familiar with both. And we may need to go buy a new one and replace it. If it's the unit

I moved into a new home and I need an electrician that can install a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. I have the fan, but I don't know if there is an electric box for the fan in the ceiling. It's an old Spanish style house. I am paying for the quote and to see if it's possible. There is an attic. The room currently has 4 canned lights, 1 in every corner. Also the ceiling fan has no light. It's only blades.

It won't turn over to start so I had my uncle look at it and said i need a starter and maybe new carberator as well. I need emergency service on this issue. I live in west hills ,California.
