Reattach dryer exhaust pipe & tighten two fausets

Our stove fan rattles like crazy when it heats up. We are certain that it's loose and needs tightening, but we can get to the area ourselves. Can you help? It's electric and gas.

Won’t blow hot air. Dryer Kenmore Elite about 10 years old stopped blowing hot air. Everything else working good. Had the rollers/wheels replaced about 3 months ago because they were getting loud and spend $350 on that. I don’t want to call back a service like that because I cannot afford an amount like that again. I checked vents they are clean. Probably need to replace the igniter or safety switch.

Got all parts for the top basket rail end caps and replaced it. Need help just assembling back the top rack in the kitchen aid dishwasher properly.
