I moved to my Son in Law house and the ice maker is not working the fridge is Samsung kind of new too , need offer to fix it , thank you

Samsung Refrigerator defroster system doesnt work. Ice builds up on bottom of freezer and water leaks on the floor.

the top part of my freezer and fridge are not fully working, but the bottom half is working with no problem.

Fridge is having possible fan or water drain pipe clogging issue and is accumulating ice inside backpanels. I would need the work load assessed in case parts need to be purchased. Hi there, I've got an LG refrigerator with bottom freezer and the freezer has just suddenly stopped freezing. I believe it is a 2018 model. The fridge section is working perfectly, the problem is just the freezer. Hoping there is an appliance whiz here who can help fix this. I've attached a picture of the fridge for reference.
