Cooling isnt working for my LG refrigerator/freeze

Our Samsung fridge recently had replacement on the ice maker water line and while it stopped leaking issue, now we don't have any ice being made from our fridge. The setting is on with the fridge manager app on the fridge and it says making ice but hasn't made ice for while. Not sure if it's a simple solution with some steamer defrosting the ice maker icicles or water line that may have frozen up when the line was unplugged and fridge was on but would appreciate the quick help 🙏🏻 samsung fridge model: rf262beaesr

Refrigerator not at correct temperature

Good evening, I just bought a house where in the inspection the refrigerator worked. Upon moving in the power was off and turning it back on, including replugging it in and flipping the kitchen breaker the light comes on and you can hear it working but it will not cool. I have not been able to use it for food at all. Would love some assistance!

I was in Taiwan for 2 months and just got back . I did not clean my fridge before leaving and stopped paying electricity. So my fridge was rotting and growing lord knows what in the heat with no power for a month and a half . Now there’s big larvae, mold inside . I believe it’s just gnats . I have a big face gas mask type thing you can wear , bug spray, gloves and basic cleaning supplies.
