Small, swiveling office chair on wheels. Small black flakes appear under chair after use, but I can't find anything wrong. Seat cushion, etc. are intact, so must be from mechanism.

The office chair does not adjust in height at all using the levers. It pops to the highest height and then when I sit in it, it depresses to the lowest height. I can't adjust to a height in between.
