We just had building works done on the house but the movers this time wouldn’t bring it back through the window. Is there a way of doing this again? Hello, Job requires getting corner piece of sofa that won't fit through tight restricted front room door, only option is to be getting the corner through a window, we are located on ground floor street apartment, with basement access, which creates a drop down to lower ground floor, the job could be a 3 to 4 man job as there is around a 1 meter gap between the window and the ground floor fence, would need a ladder or scaffolding polls to slide the chair across the gap through the window both on ground floor level.
