I am moving out of my flat and have to repair the walls where I had art and mirrors hung up. They are all quite small holes, it’s not a big job, I just need someone to come by and help. I’ll have paint as well to paint over the repair areas. Mostly holes from nails, so very small, and a few from screws behind TVs.

The valves are quite worn out. Can you please help me clean it and tighten it up? Please feel free to text me with other optional solutions for it. It should have been leaking a bit and looks quite rusting now. Thanks

Hang a large canvas picture (1 metre ). A wire has already been installed on the back of the box frame, it just needs someone to mount it with 2 nails / hooks on the wall. Also need someone to fix a ceiling light socket that keeps falling down (pictured) - may require step ladder to reach

This is quite a complicate piece of art in multiple pieces. There is a template for where the screws need to go. It is going high up into a brick wall. It is also on a curved stairwell and will need a specialised ladder.
