Tasker arrived 2 hours earlier than the agreed time. Boots were covered in white paint and left marks on the floor. Tried to take the tree out as it is - resulting in all the needles falling to the floor throughout the flat. Then went and got a bag. My wife had to help to put it in scratching her hands. Needles were still falling out to the staircase when he took it to the ground floor. My wife had to vacuum the staircase and whole flat after.
