I’m hosting a house-party at my flat at 1:30pm–4:30pm for 15-18 guests. I’m looking for one friendly, proactive helper. No cocktail-making expertise is needed. I need someone eager to follow a simple briefing, and gently keep things running, while I spend time with my guests. Tasks include: - Put frozen finger food in/out of the oven and arrange it on serving plates; putting plates away when food's gone - Put chilled finger food in/out of the fridge and arrange it on serving plates; putting plates away when food's gone - Keep tap-water jugs and ice buckets replenished - Direct guests to self-serve drinks and help with simple pours if needed - Clear used paper plates, cans, bottles and glasses as the party goes on - Load/unload dishwasher and hand-wash glasses if needed - Break down packaging, take rubbish/recycling to the correct communal bins outside of flat - Light-wipe kitchen surfaces every now and then; and mopping the floor once before guests arrive.
