Organise cold champagne for outside the venue with glass (we will provide items) 3. Go to venue and set up the table decor at the lunch venue Potentially other things to do on the day. Needed for 6 hours on an hourly rate

I have a room that needs decorating for my civil ceremony lunch one hour before the lunch. I have all the decor and it is purely a case of putting things in place and arranging. I have inspiration but I trust you to also have a good eye. It is a very small room and should take half an hour max. I need to hand you the things at 10.30 am and then you should be able to access the venue at 11am and leave it all ready and set up for us. The event starts at 12 so the entire thing should take 1.5 hours Max.
