Hi, We are looking for someone who can help us on the day of our wedding between 9am and 3.30pm 1) Help with laying out chairs in the morning of the wedding (Approx. 200). 2) Help to set up and oversee breakfast snacks (small buffet), replenish drinks dispensers (tea and coffee) and food (fruit and biscuits) when needed. Help guests and with clean up after. 3) Set up games on the lawn for guests to enjoy during lunch. (Jenga, ring toss ect.) 4) Set up and replenish drinks to be served for lunch (bottles and cans in ice buckets layed out on a table). 5) Help with clean up after lunch Some of our family and friends as well as our wedding co-ordinator will also be around to help with all of these tasks. Wedding at Hilton Watford - Time: (6pm - 11pm, with 30 mins paid break at 9:30pm) - Guests: 160 people - No. of waiters / waitresses needed: 6 - All staff need to hand out canapés from 6pm until 7pm - All staff need to help bring out food from kitchen to tables from 7pm until 8pm (14-16 tables) - All staff need to help clean up tables after guests have finished eating at 8pm - All staff must help guests with drinks + coffees • UNIFORM • - Uniform for females: white formal shirt, black trousers, smart black shoes - Uniform for males: white formal shirt, black tie, smart black shoes - Price is per person !
