Jason was polite and friendly. Vinyl has been laid well, no bumps or air trapped underneath. The only negative is there are 2 small areas (near corners) that haven’t been cut properly which has resulted in the concrete showing, but this can be rectified with some beading or silicone. Other then that he met my requirements. Very happy with the flooring.

He did not leave until the job was fully complete and used his initiative to problem solve when faced with the unexpected. He is a very enthusiastic and helpful person and I wish him all the best!
